Max Plank said he regards matter as a derivative of consciousness. Chap10 p 85-6 We need to be open minded and to broaden our perception; There is much to undo in our programmed disbelief and ignorance. We can only understand some mysteries when we explore the mysteries within ourselves. All things have light body because it is from light that they descended to mass, p 88-92; If we concentrate the will we can infuse light and heal the body; this is light medicine from God. The full realization of God with in us helps us. If we have dis-harmonious attitudes it creates incoherence and disease. The human brain is like computer and the spirit is the operator of it. The divine human can create reality by our proper thoughts with special information. Molecules are changed by donation of electrons. Electrons change state by giving off photons which are light. Beings are helped by electron donors also known as molecules with antioxidant properties that increase the beings light and heal diseases. Biophysics is an area of science that notes we are organisms of light. DR. M. W. Ho wrote of this in her book-The Rainbow and the Worm. We are conscious beings of light, and have electric fields and processes. Photons entering us can set off a cascade of reactions. An example is those hitting the retina of the eye. Humans absorb light in several ways; Good food stores the energy of sunlight and sunlight can also be absorbed through our skin. Our bodies convert that energy via chemical reactions. Telomeres are protective structures on the ends of chromosomes; With aging these shorten and are associated with some diseases. Negative emotions accelerate this process. However, positive thoughts, good diet, sleep and exercise can can lengthen the telomeres, p 120. Chap. 11 p122 here is the equation for the energy of a photon: E=hv or hc/λ where H= Planck’s constant, c= the speed of light and λ= the wavelenght ref.= 6.3 How is energy related to the wavelength of radiation? | METEO 300: Fundamentals of Atmospheric Science pg 123 gives the wavelengths of light colors with blue being 470 nm. Damage caused by free radicals is referred to as oxidative stress that is linked to some degenerative diseases. Free radicals(FR) try to gain electrons and can damage other molecules. FR also come from environmental sources like tobacco smoke,air pollutants, , anesthetics , heavy metals and radiation. To counter this, antioxidants like flavonoids are able to donate electrons. Biosynthesis of flavonoids in fruits is regulated by uv light. Quercetin is a flavonoid that donates a proton and is beneficial to prevent the oxidation of low density lipoproteins (LDL) and savaging FR and chelating some metal ions and limits atherosclerosis, p126. P 217 gives list of some antioxidants including curry, capscian, alkaloids, curcumin, resveratrol and huperzine and others. Some other molecules have healing properties: Vitamin C is a good electron donor, and It forms peroxly radicals that have an ability to kill bacteria and some viruses and protects cell membranes and aids beneficial hormones. UV light also aids hormones in the presence of vitamin C. A slightly alkaline PH is also helpful. Carbon 60 is a beneficial molecule as is curcumin which comes from turmeric. Carbon 60 is also a super conductor and electron donor and anti-cancer anti-arthritis, anti-inflammatory agent and helps with dementia. Fisetin in fruits and vegetables aids in removing aging cells, p 138-40. Chap. 15 Electropollution. With the use of 5G phones, adverse health effects can occur. Wifi fields can cause some cell death and oxidative stress; also cancer, dementia and male infertility, p 211. DNA has a high absorbance of electromagnetic fields. Chap 17 Reversing Atherosclerosis (ACS) A common view is that high cholesterol causes ACS and the cholesterol lowering drugs like statins are needed, p.231 Recent studies have shown that ACS is caused by depleted anti-oxidants(AO) like Glutathione, A heavy metal burden in the blood also decreases AO and beneficial nitric oxide. These depletions are more responsible for ACH than high cholesterol ,p132. Statins inhibit beneficial CoQ10 ,Glutathione and vitamin K2. Vitamin C deficiency promotes ACH and high doses reverses it, as C also lowers cholesterol, and protects the gums and teeth from periodontitis p 234-7. High does of vitamin K also reduced peripheral artery disease., p.239. Chap. 19 Peptides are short chain amino acids that allow come regeneration of tissues and act as electron donors. About 60 are FDA approved for clinical use. Epitalon helps elongate telomeres, and has been studied to reverse type 2 diabetes, p.247. GHK-copper has helped cure skin disorders. Cerebrolysin has helped with reversing dementia. Semax has also helped with dementia and anxiety. The Thymus gland aids immunological function, and can affect aging and T-cells. The use of DHEA helped with T-cells, p. 254. Chap. 20 Exsomes are very small vesicles made from inward budding of cell walls. They are similar to stem cells, but smaller. The contain micro and messenger RNA information that can be beneficial, p. 257-69. Chap 21 Longevity Aids One needs to understand how the aging process occurs. Senescence is a name for cellular aging. The mTOR gene is involved in longevity and aging, and is affected by a substance called Rapamycin; Taking it has prolonged life in animals and lessened DNA methylation in humans. The Thymus glad acts like a biological clock and controls our T-cells and immune system; so thymus peptids can help. Giving Thymosin alpha1 can help. For anti-aging Ana uses Thymosins, epitalon,, GHK-Cu and rapamycin with some success. Stem cells promote regeneration and some peptides can stimulate stem cell production. Stem-Kine is one such supplement. Senolytics aid the removal of poor cells and increase longevity; one is fisetin that helps. Chap 22 Alternative Cancer treatments. There are many theories about the cause of cancer. Environmental pollution, and negative emotions(depression) are possible causes. Cancer alters energy metabolism and changes the electrical property of cells and a acid Ph. Thus therapies focus on restoring high ATP production and use of anti-oxidants, electron doners and alkalines. Also cancers have been shown to occur with bacterial, virus and fungal infections, p 280-1. Researchers have found cell oxygen respiration promotes ATP production and limits cancer. Anaerobic respiration lowers the Ph to acid and favors cancer. Cancer has increased glucose use; so drugs lowering blood sugar ave been helpful like metformin and berberine. Certain electric currents have helped by being an anti-oxidant. The lack of vitamin C and D have contributed to cancer, while an excess of these fights cancer.p 185. Pancreatic enzymes trypsin and chymotrypsin were injected to stop cancer, p285. Dr Koch found a molecule named glyoxlylide that was later called ethylenedione that was injected to stop cancer. Dr. Gyorgyi also found a molecule methlylglyoxal, a keto aldehyde, that stoped cancer in India. Dr. Burzynski found a molecule in healthy people that is protective of cancer; he named it Antineoplaston AS-2. He used it with many patients with success. He published in several journals and then was persecuted for this for many yrs. Dr. Hoxsey used a herbal formula to treat cancer and had 17 clinics for that in many cities in the US. Then in 1964 there was a landmark lawsuit by the AMA and a Dr. Fishbein challenging this Hoxsey won the suit, but then the FDA padlocked his 17 clinics on account of using unapproved medicines. Then he moved his clinic to Tijuana Mexico. This is another case of suppressing of natural cancer treatments by the FDA and AMA. In 1953 the Fitzgerald Report was started by the US Senate.It concluded that organized medicine had conspired to suppress the Hoxsey treatment and other more natural treatments. The proponents of these treatments were respected Drs. Panels of opposing Drs. and radiation therapists dismissed these as quackery, and then they were banned in the US. The Hoxsey formula was high in anti-oxidants like red clover, licorice, burdock and others, p 288. There have been been may effective natural treatments for cancer that were banned as quackery in the US. This has perpetrated great suffering on the people of the US. By influence of big pharma. The same occurred during the ban of effective treatment of covid-19 with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) found effective by Drs. but still was banned by the FDA p.288. Many common natural compounds have been shown to have anti-cancer properties; Berberine has been show to kill certain bacteria and viruses that cause cancer; it also stabilizes blood sugar in diabetes and that would be helpful in cancer. Curcumin, derived from Tumeric, is well know for anti-inflamitory and antioxidant. High does of vitamin C have been show to stop cancer,p.290. Many antibacterial and anti-fungal drugs have been show helpful to fight cancer. HCQ was shown to elevate the lysosomal Ph of cancer cells, killing them and aiding other anticancer drugs, p292,3. Fenbendazole is an antiparasitic drug that has multiple pathways to effective elimination of cancer cells. Similarly Salinomycin has anticancer proprieties. Amygdalin, also called laetrile, is found in plants and in the seeds or kernels of apricots, bitter almonds, apples, plums and peaches. It is a cyanogenic glycoside because it has a nitrile group, which can be released as a toxic cyanide anion, by the action of a beta-glucosidase. Laetrile was found very effective against cancer, but was discredited by false accusations it could cause cyanide poisoning, so FDA banned it. It has been used to treat cancer in Germany, Italy, Japan and 20 other countries p 297. Thymosin alpha one (TA1)is a peptide that has been used to fight cancer cells. Epitalon is tripeptide that lengthens telomeres, prolongs life and has some anticancer effects also, p 298. Blue light emitting diodes are known to inhibit cancer proliferation and induce cancer cell death. The photosensitzier molecule circumin aided this process as did riboflavin, B2, p 301-3.
