In the dedication it appears that almost 100 Dr’s endorsed the book and the use effective treatments for covid-19, other than the mandated vaccine. The lengthy book description on amazon should be noted. I’m not repeating it here. I will try to give a very brief summary of parts of the book. The book is well reference documented. To be fair and unbiased, I will say the book’s facts statements are well documented, but there is some stylish and sometimes exaggerated wording of RFK that at times gives what appear to be his opinions. I will try to state what he states, but tone down the language a little. It’s an excellent book and I hardly do justice to summarize it. I’m a very slow typist and that limits what I can write. His findings shock me in what’s going on in US Federal medicine!! Book Introduction quote: “I wrote this book to help Americans and citizens across the globe to understand the History of the bewildering cataclysm that began in 2020. IN that horrible yr. liberal democracy effectively collapsed worldwide. The Government health regulators , social media and media companies, that idealistic populations relied upon as champions of freedom, heath, democracy, civil rights, and evidence-based public policy seemed to collectively pivot in a lockstep assault against free speech and personal freedoms. Suddenly those trusted institutions seemed to be acting in concert to generate fear, promote obedience, discourage critical thinking, and herd 7 billion people to march lockstep to a single tune, culminating in mass public health experiments with a novel, shoddily tested and improperly licensed technology so risky that manufactures refused to produce it unless governments shielded them from liability. Across western nations shocked citizens experienced all the tactics of rising totalitarianism- mass propaganda and censorship, promotion of terror, the manipulation of science, suppression of debate, the vilification of dissent, and the use of force to prevent protest. Conscientious objectors who resisted these experimental medical interventions faced scapegoating. So -called emergency orders, closed our businesses, schools, and churches. Citizens were ordered to stay in their homes.” Standing in the center of all the mayhem with his hand on the helm was one trusted government scientist, Dr. Anthony Fauci. Quote: “This book is a product of my own struggle to understand how The idealistic institutions of our country built to safeguard both public health and democracy suddenly turned against our values with such violence.” I was a life long democrat and me and my family had deep engagement with The US pubic Health policy and key federal regulators and with Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins. I had build alliances with these men and their and other public health agencies during my yrs of environmental and public health advocacy(E&PHA). However my 40 yr career as an E&PHA Gave me a unique understanding of the corrupting mechanisms of “regulatory capture” the process by which the regulator becomes beholden to the industry it’s meant to regulate. I many times sued the EPA and other agencies that for So often put regulators in bed with the industries they regulated. I learnt to be a little cynical. I thought I knew a lot about regulatory capture, but I was wrong about that. I entered into the vaccine debate in 2005. “I was astonished to realize that the pervasive web of deep financial entanglements between Pharma and the government health agencies, had put regulatory capture on steroids. The CDC for example owns 57 vaccine patents, and spends 4.9 of its 12.0 billion dollar budget (as of 2019) on buying and distributing vaccines. The NIH owns hundreds of vaccine patents and often profits for sale of products it regulates. High level officials including Dr. Fauci, receives yearly amounts of up to 150,000 in royalty payments on products that they help develop and then usher through the approval process. The FDA receives 45% of its budget from the Pharmaceutical industry through user fees. When I learned that fact, the relatively poor health of the American people was no longer a mystery. I wondered what the EPA would look like if it relieved 45% of its budget from the coal industry.
He tracks Dr. Fauci ‘s rise and shepherding of vaccines in this book. During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, Dr.Fauci, 80 yrs old at that time, occupied center stage in that drama The US then had the repudiation of being the standard bearer in public Health. The world looked to the US and Fauci to good policies for the pandemic. Beginning in 1968 Fauci occupied various posts in the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases ( NIAID) and served as the agencies director since 1984. His salary of $417,608 made him the highest paid of all government employees, including the president. During the pandemic he showed a calm, authoritative, expert manner. He seamed to show a rational, science based view in contrast to what president Trump sometimes said. The majority of Americans trusted him and followed his directives. The liberals and media liked him. Still he acknowledged to the NY Times he had twice lied to the public to promote his agenda- on masks and herd immunity. Dr. Fauci’s friend, CNN’s television Dr. Peter Hotez published an article in a scientific journal to to expand federal hate crimes and make criticism of Dr. Fauci a crime. RFK says Hotez got a lot of grant money from Dr. Fauci lead NIAID and 15 Million from Dr. Fauci’s Partner, Bill Gates. As will be discussed later, Dr. Fauci’s Direct and indirect control, through The NIH, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Welcome Trust of 57% of global medical research funding, and guarantees him great homage from leading medical researchers. Its good to note the Wikipedia description of the Welcome Trust, with support of big Pharma, Bill and Melina Gates and NIH and their lead in PUB Med. As the world watched, Fauci dictated a series of policies that resulted in by the far the most deaths, and one of the highest % of Covid-19 body counts of any nation on the planet. Only relentless propaganda and censorship would conceal this. The US with 4% of the world’s population, suffered 14.5 % of total covid deaths. By Sept 2021 mortality rates in the US were 2,107/million compared to Japan with 139/ million. China had only 3/ million and many countries:Cuba, Jamaica, Denmark, India, Finland, Vietnam, Norway, Hong Kong and Pakistan had very low rates of deaths. Fauci was highly respected so Biden appointed him Covid Response Director. People were afraid of covid and listened to him, not realizing he was elevating Pharma profits at the citizen expense. Dr. Fauci never mentioned the many associated costs of his policy decisions. His quarantine of the healthy, would harm and kill more people than covid, hurt the economy, increase unemployment, cause deferred medical care, increase depression and mental illness, and alcoholism. It decreased our life expectancy ,which became 8.5 time higher than for 16 other comparable countries. The lock-downs had negative effects on children with closed schools, and closed businesses, putting 58 million out of work. The big tech and media companies profited greatly from this with new government contacts for tracking covid and the vaccine. There was also increased censorship in the media of supposed disinformation. Fauci’s assistance to Big AG. Big Food and pharma exposed kids to a toxic soup of pesticide residues, processed foods, and 69 mandated kids vaccines by age 18, with none of them properly safety tested. An August 2021 study ranked the US health care system last among the industrialized nations, with the highest infant mortality and lowest life expectancy. The allergic, autoimmune and chronic diseases which NIAID was to investigate and prevent, increased to 54% in children up 12.8 % from when he took over in 1984. Asthma, eczema, food allergies, and allergic rhinitis increased, and new ones like juvenile diabetes, and rheumatoid arthritis and autism occurred. Many of these increased in the late 1980’s when big pharma was granted government protection from liability. Instead of striving to find the cause and etiologies of these chronic diseases, Fauci used his power over federal scientific research, medical schools, medical journals and the careers of scientists to derail inquiry and research to find answers. I know Fauci personally and have battled him in recent yrs. and believe he has caused agency capture and influence of the public health agencies by big pharma, and also has falsified science, deceived the public and lied about safety and efficacy of the vaccines. In his partnership with Bill Gates they have used Africans as lab rats for low cost clinical trials for new drugs. Fauci has promoted and funded gain of function research to engineer pandemic super bugs, and sabotaged patent expired remedies against infectious diseases, to promote less effective new meds, for big pharma.
Chap. 1 Arbitrary Decrees: Science-Free Medicine Dr. Fauci’s strategy for managing the covid pandemic was to suppress viral spread by mandatory masking, social distancing, quarantining the healthy (also know as lock-downs) While instructing covid patients to return home and do nothing- receive no treatment whatsoever- until difficulties breathing sent them to the hospital to submit to IV remdesivir and ventilation. This approach to treating an infectious disease has no public health precedent and little scientific support. Predictably, it was grossly ineffective, and the US had the highest deaths. Safe and inexpensive medicines were available to treat covid that would have prevented many deaths. But Fauci and his pharma collaborators suppressed those treatments and made America wait for their novel billion dollar vaccines. Dr. Fauci was clearly aware his mask mandates were contrary to overwhelming science. some 52 studies, all available on the NIH web site, found that ordinary masking(using less than N95 masks) doesn’t reduce viral infection rates. A mask is appropriate for infected persons. Masks can slightly restrict breathing and increased social isolation and divisions and fear among people. Social distancing mandates(6ft) also rested on dubious footing.(my note- but made sense). Lock-downs of the healthy were unprecedented and The WHO recommended against them. Fauci told the NY times that he had updated his estimate of the vaccine coverage to insure herd immunity from 70% in March to 80-90% in Sept. Then he held the public position that immunity did not contribute to protecting the population. He supported covid shots for previously covid infected, but healthy persons, despite the scientific evidence that these shot were then unnecessary. Under questioning on Sept. 9, 2021 Fauci conceded he could cite no scientific justification for this policy. Regulators misused the PCR tests that CDC belatedly admitted in August 2021 were incapable of distinguishing covid from other viral illnesses. Fauci tolerated the use of high test amplitudes of 37-45 even though values above 35 could lead to misdiagnosis. He allowed CDC to skip autopsies from deaths attributed to the vaccine,so then the CDC would claim the deaths were unrelated to vaccination. There were rich incentives for hospitals to classify every patient as having covid and get $39,000 for a covid ventilator treatment from medicare. A ventilator treatment for non-covid got only $13,000. He refused to fix HHS’s VAERS( vaccine adverse event reporting system) database when HHS’s own studies indicated it may be under estimating adverse events by 99%. Trust the Experts? Instead of demanding good science and encouraging honest, open debate on the science, compromised government officials collaborated with main stream media to shut down discussion on key public health questions. They silenced Drs. who offered early treatments that might compete with the coming poorly tested vaccines. President Biden and the media anchors counseled us to- “Trust the Experts’. Science is dynamic and experts can differ on scientific questions that are new. In legal cases he litigated, experts often differed in their opinions. Fortifying Immune systems. Tobacco smoking appeared to double the covid death rates; and 75% of those hospitalized for covid were over weight: 60% of patients admitted with covid were vitamin D deficient. Some Drs. gave vitamin D. The lock-downs caused Americans to gain 2 or more pounds and reduce their exercise. Little or no government advice on these steps was given during the pandemic. Many gyms had to close. There are peer reviewed studies that found that zinc impedes viral replication and lessen colds. We know that fear, stress and economic worries weakens our immune system. The government did not do much to calm us. FDR Counseled during the great depression: “We have nothing to fear but fear itself” Early Treatment Fauci’s policies tended to suppress early treatment, rather said to stay at home until it was severe enough that respiratory help was needed. It is known that early treatment protocols for infections, reduce hospitalization. Highly referenced Drs like Harvey Risch and Peter McCullough(PMc) said that once a highly transmissible virus, like covid has a beachhead in a population, it is inevitable that it will spread to almost every individual who lacks immunity. PMc said we could have dramatically reduced covid fatalities and hospitalizations using early treatment protocols and drugs like ivermectin (IVM) and hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and many others. He treated 2000 patients which these therapies with good results. He pointed out there are now peer reviewed studies that show that these could have averted 80 % of the covid deaths. Still Dr. Fauci only recommended the new vaccine and Gilead’s newly patented remdesivir. Dr. Pierre Kory agreed with Dr. PMc that not using early treatment and waiting for almost yr. for the new vaccine, greatly increased the deaths. Dr Kory also stated that natural immunity in almost all cases, is superior to vaccine induced immunity. He also recommended out-patient use of vitamin D. These Drs and now 100’s of other Drs and scientists are appalled that pre-treatment with some of these medicines was not recommended. Pre treatment stops viral replication and and prevents the cytokine storm and the start of the pulmonary infection phase. Dr. PMc and his global partners identified many meds that helped with early treatment of covid. HHS’s early studies supported HCQ for use against coronavirus since 2005, and by March 2020, many Drs. from NY to Asia were using it with success. Using IVM or HCQ and adding others like azithromycin, or doxycycline,; plus zinc, and vitamin C, and D or, NAC, or quercetin. The Japanese used Prednisone, Budesonide and Famotidine with good results. The Chinese used chloroquine (CQ), a cousin of HCQ and anti-inflammatory meds, and steroids, zinc and quercetin. By July 2020 Dr. PMc had a good protocol for early treatment of covid. It was published in Jan1, 2021 In the American Journal of Medicine. It quickly became that most downloaded paper for covid treatment. He was often censored, but his paper is still highly used. By August 2020 more than 200 studies supported the early use of HCQ and 60 studies the early use of IVM for Covid. Studies also reported effective use of steroids, prednisone and hydrocortisone to combat inflammation with Covid. p14 Brazilian Drs. effectively used anti inflammatory’s -fluvoxamine to reduce the cytokine storms with covid. Many Drs and some Dr. organizations ( p 18) promoted the early treatment of covid, but not the major universities or the government or Fauci. Government grants funded the universities. Fauci worked with Facebook’s Zuckerberg, and other social media sites to censor and suppress this early treatment. p16. Dr. Cole of the Mayo Clinic supported early treatment.
Killing HCQ Under federal law, new vaccines and medicines can’t qualify for emergency Use Authorization (EUA) if any existing FDA approved drug proves effective against the malady. p19 From the onset, HCQ and IVM posed a big threat to Dr. Fauci’s and Bill Gates’ $48 billion new covid vaccine project. Dr. Fauci invested $6 billion in the Moderna vax . His agency is the co-owner of the patent and stands to collect millions in royalties. Also 4 of Fauci’s handpicked deputies stand to collect 150,000/yr in these royalties. p.20 Trump endorsed HCQ in Mar. 19, 2020 When Trump mentioned bleach use, he was criticized by media as not knowing much. HCQ is an analog of quinine found in the bark of cinchona tree that George Washington used to protects this troupes from malaria. HCQ has a long history of use and is used in Africa as an over the counter med. against Malaria. During the pandemic Africa used it and had some of the lowest covid death rates. Kenya had only 97/ million death rate from covid. The US had 2107/ million. HCQ progenitor CQ has been over the counter med. in many countries. In the US, FDA has approved HCQ without limitation for 65 yrs. That means Drs. could prescribe it for off label use( until recently as Fauci has changed that). CDC’s information sheets allow it for pregnant or breast feeding women, for kids, and elderly. Many people in India and Africa take it for a lifetime. Some200 peer-reviewed studies( C19Study.com) by government and independent researchers deem HCQ safe and effective against Coronavirus, especially when taken as a preventative or in the initial stages of disease along with zinc and Zithromax.p 21 A table is given showing 32 studies of early outpatient treatment of covid using HCQ 31 showed benefit and only one harm. The one of harm was for one hospitalized patient.p22 A CDC 2005 study showed CQ to be a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus. In 2014 Fauci and NIAID funded study confirmed CQ was effective against MERS another coronavirus. In May 2020 Dr. H.Risch published a comprehensive study of the early use of HCQ cocktail in a 5 study meta analysis for high risk covid patients. He also demonstrated how the HCQ critics- Dr Fauci and Bill Gates – had misstated and misreported negative HCQ results for covid by employing faulty protocols and using the HCQ late in the disease, not early, and without the recommended zinc and Zithromax. Dr Fauci also used the ploy that HCQ should not be used as we don’t fully understand the mechanism it uses on Covid. In august, 2020 Dr PMc did a paper explaining the HCQ mechanisms. What big Pharma doesn’t like is a low cost alternate treatment. An HCQ course cost meds $10 while Fauci’s loved Remdesivir costs $3000. Fauci and Gates recruited more studied to show no good effect of HCQ, by not following protocol and the somewhat hiding the protocol. They also had studies done using very high doses of HCQ that showed some toxic effects of HCQ . The standard does is 400 mg/day and 2,400mg/day is known to be toxic. They had as studies done with dose at 1200 mg/day that showed some toxic effect and then said- HCQ is toxic. These studies were later discredited. Then Gates and Fauci often spoke badly of HCQ as noneffective and dangerous. They appeared to have some counties destroy their stock of HCQ and in In March of 2020 HHS convinced several pharma companies to donate their stocks of HCQ to HHS for holding, to create a shortage of it. Gates promoted ‘Remdesivir, despite its poor performance against HCQ. Gates had a large financial stake in the drug. Two medical journals were encouraged to publish fraudulent studies of HCQ, as being ineffective and dangerous.p 26-29. Scientists caught this, and the journals then stated a retraction of the papers. Still, Based on the journal articles, the FDA withdrew the EUA for CQ and HCQ for covid treatment.p.29 In June 2020 The WHO and UK suspended their trials for HCQ, and some European nations banned it’s use. The press spoke badly of HCQ. The journals retractions of the( Lancet and NEJM) were not much noticed. Fauci took steps to limit Dr’s, hospitals and pharmacies use of HCQ. On July 2, 2020 Detroit’s Henry Ford Health system published a peer review journal study showing HCQ’s cut death rates even in mid to late covid cases without any heart effects. Then on July 20 Fauci testified in congress that the Detroit study was flawed.p31 Some of the democratic states followed Fauci’s lead and NY state had record deaths. p 31 quote “For the first time inn American history, a government official was overriding the medical judgment of 1000’s of treating physicians,, and ordering Drs. to stop practicing medicine as they saw fit.” In compliance with the WHO, Switzerland banned the use of HCQ however in 2 wks, the Swiss death rates tripled, until they reintroduced HCQ and then death rates fell back to the baseline. The same thing happened in Panama. The nations that used HCQ showed evidence that the death rates were 80% lower than those banning HCQ p32
Ivermectin IVM limited. by the summer of 2020 front-line physicians had found another drug, IVM that equaled HCQ in stopping Covid. In 2015, 2 scientists got a Nobel prize for discovering it. It had power against a wide range of human parasites. The FDA approved it as safe and effective as did the WHO. p37 Since 2012 many IN vitro ( test tube) studies showed it inhibits replication of many viruses, including dengue, yellow fever and west nile. In April 2020 lab experments showed it eliminates SARS-Cov-2. IN May 2020 Peru tried it against covid and found it very effective in reducing covid 14 fold. But in Dec. 2020 Peru’s new president restricted it under order of the WHO. Then covid rebounded 13 fold. Argentina did study of it in the summer of 2020 and found it very effective as did a study in Bangladesh p38 A Miami Dr. used it in Mar, 2020 and defective and published a paper in it. More that 20 randomized clinical trials have confirmed it effective against covid in both in patient and outpatient early treatment. Its mechanisms of working were also studied. IN Mar 2021 Dr. PMc published a paper on it and had also done a Meta analysis of many studies who found it very effective against covid. Dr. Kory also did presentation to a NIH covid treatment panel in Jan. 2021. on Jan14 the panel said thy would judge it “neither for or against” This may have been showing their wish to suppress it due to insufficient evidence. 4 members of the 9 person panel were found to have financial interest in Fauci’s new drugs. Then many reports of the benefits of IVM were coming out. In Mar of 2021The FDA and WHO came out with statements against IVM Saying it was not approved for treating or preventing covid. p54 This was like due to the fact that Under federal law, new vaccines and medicines can’t qualify for emergency Use Authorization (EUA) if any existing FDA approved drug proves effective against the malady. In Aug. 2021 The NIH,FDA and CDC started a campaign to slander IVM as a dangerous horse dewormer that could even cause death. p59 pharmacies were not allowing it.
Remdesivir (RD) Why would Dr. Fauci undermine medicines that could compete with RD? Perhaps it has something to do with NIAID and CDC having just spent $79 million developing RD for Gilead, a company in which Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation owns a $6.5 million stake. IN 2018 Gilead entered a NIAID funded trial against Ebola in Africa. Six months into the Ebola study the rials Safety Review Board suddenly pulled RD, due to some toxic effects. The effects included multiple organ failure, kidney failure, septic shock and hypertension. 54% of the RD group died. p.63 In Feb. 2020, Fauci announced with fanfare that he was enrolling hospitalized covid patients in a clinical trial to study RD’s efficacy. For the Placebo he selected sulfobutyl, not a neutral agent. This a slightly toxic placebo. p64-5 (My research showed sulfobutylether-beta-cyclodextrin (SBECD) is a solubilizing agent for RD and used in the EUA for RD. A pub med article showed that SBECD has some liver and kidney toxicity). Use of a toxic placebo is fraudulent. An organization monitoring clinical trials AHRP, noted the initial endpoint was to for RD to show reduction of covid mortality. The Fauci team moved the endpoint to include shorter discharge times. It appeared the that the RD patients were discharged earlier, but then they had to be readmitted. This could again be scientific fraud. p65 The use of RD as a late treatment option fit well with the need for a vaccine, especially if the vaccine didn’t work well. By granting Gilead and EUA for RD, regulators could force private insurers, Medicare, and Medicaid to fork over $3,120 per treatment, hundredths of times the cost of the drug. Gilead predicted Rd would bring in $3.5 billion in 2020 . Fauci wasn’t worried as his trusted deputy, Cliff Lane chaired the NIH Treatment Guidelines panel. Lane and a number of the panel members had financial interests with Gilead. The Lancet had just published a placebo controlled Chinese study that showed RD utterly ineffective at keeping hospital patients alive or reducing hospital time. Also the study confirmed RD’s deadly toxicity. p66 Fauci was not deterred, he declared victory and good news for RD and that median time for hospitalization was 11 days for RD and 15 for the placebo group. He didn’t mention that it didn’t show any morality advantage. He declared it would be the US “standard” of care for covid. On May 1, 2020 revised Oct 22 2010, The FDA granted RD the first EUA for a covid drug. It was to be used for hospital patients for severe covid. Based on Fauci’s approval, president Trump had to purchase a large stock of it for Americans. ‘The standard of care’ designation meant that private insurers, Medicare, and Medicaid would have to use it. Drs. and hospitals that failed to use it could be sued for malpractice. The book then cites 5 virologists and scientists and groups criticizing the RD study in the New England Journal of Medicine on which the approval was based. ON Oct. 19, 2020 the WHO published a definitive study involving 11,266 covid patients in 405 hospitals and 30 countries in this study RD failed to reduce mortality and failed to reduce the need for ventilators and the length of hospital stays. The WHO recommended against its use for covid patients. Then on Oct. 22, 2020 the FDA granted an EUA for RD for children less than 12 yrs in age. On July 15, 2021, a large John Hopkins study confirmed that RD treatment was not associated with improved survival , but was associated with longer hospital stays. On Oct. 2, 2020 The European Union released it’s own safety review of RD and noted serious side effects, including Kidney effects. Dr Kroy stated that every independent controlled trial of RD has shown either a lack of benefit or a trend to harm. Only 2 Pharma studies (with Dr Fauci guidance) show any benefit, and even then the benefits are minor. It makes no sense to give antiviral drug in the late stages of infection, then the virus has multiplied and done damage.p.69 In may of 2020 US hospitals began use of RD. RD is know to have toxic effects on the Kidney. IN 2020 the US had almost double the monthly deaths of any country. Brazil, one country to widely use RD, had the 2nd highest death toll. IN June of 2020 N Y doctors repeatedly noted the tendency for covid treated patients to have kidney failure after 3,4,5 days of RD. Dr.Ryan Cole is one of the Drs. that attribute this to RD, as Dr. Fauci’s 2019 Ebola study found this also. This difficult to discerns as covid is know to cause multiple organ failure.
The Final Solution- Vaccines During the spring of 2020, Fauci and Gates did many announcements of the great new vaccine that would stop covid transmission, prevent illness and end the pandemic. The book will show, it actually did not do much of this. As you may guess, it was no trouble getting his vaccine approved. The first obstacle was the new ‘virus?’ tendency to rapidly mutate producing drug resistant variants. It was hoped from the announcements new vaccine would provide sterilizing immunity, and thus prevent further transmission and variants, but it did not. A top vaccinologist, A. Pollard noted the Astra Zeneca vax failed to achieve sterilizing immunity in monkeys. p 70 A leading virologist, L. Montagnier noted a leaky vaccine= non-sterilizing, would not stop transmission or the pandemic and worse the vaccinated individuals could become carriers and mutant factories. So then Fauci announced that the first generation vaccines may not prevent transmission. Fauci and Gates had put billions of of dollars into the mRNA ‘vaccines?’ So they would develop slightly modified booster vaccines and double their revenues. Pfizer announced it was projecting $26 billion in revenues form its covid boosters. Dr. Peter McCullough that mass vaccination with a leaky vaccine during a pandemic could put the world on a never ending treadmill of boosters. Another serious obstacle to the vaccines was their tendency to induce ‘pathogenic priming’ also known as antibody dependent enhancement (ADE). With this an over stimulation of the immune system that can cause severe injuries or even death when exposed to a new wild virus. Dr. P.
