WASHINGTON—The U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution on Nov. 21 denouncing the “horrors of socialism.”
The tally was 285–98 with two voting “present.” There were 86 Democrats who joined all Republicans to vote in favor of the resolution, which was introduced by Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar (R-Fla.), a daughter of Cuban immigrants who fled the communist regime of Fidel Castro. There were 63 cosponsors.
The resolution states that “socialist ideology necessitates a concentration of power that has, time and time again, collapsed into communist regimes, totalitarian rule, and brutal dictatorships” and “has repeatedly led to famine and mass murders, and the killing of over 100,000,000 people worldwide.”

My summary :This is an excellent review from Epoch Times of the new popularity of socialism in the US,(communism is openly promoted at recent rallies and many colleges) and how it is closely tied to communism and that their roots(SC) are closely tied to satanism. The goals of socialism are with government ownership- take from the rich or those with plenty, and give to those in need, then all needs are met(really?). In practice, the hard workers resent giving most of their ownings to the poor and and the poor class keeps growing and wanting more. It is not godly at the root (satanism) and then their are no rights or worth of the individual, only rights for the masses, and the government leaders become corrupt, grabbing power. In socialist counties, if an individual objects, he is usually squelched and punished( China or Russia for example). Currently the US has moved a long way into socialism and is not true capitalism. The US is called capitalist, but its failings are mostly due to the socialist components. My note addition: the more uneducated and poor, and jobless and brainwashed at schools teaching only socialism or controlled by AI, the easier it is to sell them socialism.
